Open Position Scale Reference		This twenty‐three page publication includes major, harmonic minor, melodic minor and phrygian scales. Each scale is presented within one octave in the first or second position and open strings have been included wherever possible. Some of the scale patterns are less common than others and it is not necessary to learn them all in order to become an accomplished guitarist.
Three Arpeggio Exercises (Triads)		These arpeggio exercises are aimed at intermediate flamenco guitar students interested in learning music theory. They are intended for both technical development and ear training. One of the chord symbols does not appear in English text books, but the chord does have a name in other languages and the symbol used offers a theoretical and practical solution.
